Feel Good at Saint Paul Relais

The care of our guests is fundamental; we are aware that traveling in peace represents an added advantage.

We have created Feel Good at Saint Paul Relais, a series of measures, to guarantee you relaxing and completely safe stays. We follow hygiene protocols based on health standards approved by the World Health Organization.

The sanitization service of the common areas and Suites is carried out by specialized personnel at each check-out of our guests according to the operational plan previously agreed with the Management to avoid any interference with ordinary activity. This service is carried out through the use of specially designed professional ozone generators, made in Italy and equipped with a certificate of conformity.

Ozone is recognized as a Natural Presidium by the Ministry of Health (protocol no. 24482 of 31 July 1996) for the sterilization of environments contaminated by bacteria, viruses, spores, molds and mites.

During the entire duration of the treatment and for a period of approximately 30 minutes from the end of the operations, no people are allowed to access the premises subjected to sanitisation. At the end of each intervention, samples are taken using surface swabs to be subjected to microbiological analyzes relating to the total microbial load.

For each intervention, we are issued a final certificate of sanitization by Ren-Pell A.M.G.I. / Sanincasa (Ozone Sanitization)
