This holiday home is an ideal property for families and a group of friends or acquaintances who travel together but wish to have a private living and sleeping area. The apartment is 450m2 with three double bedrooms. Large and bright panoramic living room with sofas and sofa bed, access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and uncovered internal parking space. It is possible, upon request at the time of booking, to add 3 single folding beds or 3 cots for teenagers/children.
The villa overlooking the hills of Basso Monferrato is perfect for any family and groups of friends; it is located in a fantastic hilly area in San Paolo Solbrito with a 10,000m2 park.
